You’ll partner with global and domestic private equity funds, infrastructure funds, ASX listed and large privately owned corporate clients providing high-quality financial due diligence and enabling informed decisions that maximise outcomes in sales or acquisitions. What you’ll do: Deliver well‑structured, commercially focused financial due diligence reports and insights, turning complex data into clear messages that support confident deal decision‑making. Identify and articulate key value drivers and risks, bringing a deep understanding of the business model, performance and cash flows to help clients achieve their strategic and transaction objectives. Embed emerging technologies and data‑led tools (including AI‑enabled solutions) into your work, driving efficiency and quality while continuously developing your own digital capabilities. Solid experience in Deals Transaction Services, Assurance (e.g. external audit), Corporate Finance and/or Valuations, ideally within a professional services environment. Strong digital acumen, with experience leveraging data analytics and emerging technologies to enhance financial analysis and insight generation. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to convert complex financial information into clear, concise and impactful messages for clients, stakeholders and internal teams. Commercially minded, with strong business acumen and the ability to interpret market trends, evaluate business opportunities and deliver strategic, value‑adding insights.
